The jobs are carried out as per Manufacturer specified parameters such as clearances of main and CR bearing Journals, Axial flow of Crank Shaft, Valve plates/ Reeds, Piston rings, Liners/ Pistons and bumping clearance etc.

The Air Conditioning and refrigeration system tune up involves tune up of Thermostatic expansion valves and compressor capacity with loading /unloading to suit the variable Heat Load to ensure smooth and trouble free operation.

The safety cut outs and controls such as Oil pressure, High pressure (HP), Low pressure (LP) cut outs, Anti Freeze, High Temperature and Temperature cut outs, Evaporator pressure regulating valves, Water flow regulating valve ( to regulate condenser/ Chiller temperature and Pressure) are set and proved as per Plant requirement.

We do on system repairs such as Blow through of entire system with high pressure Air, Nitrogen pressure testing, arrest & rectification of leaks, Vaccumizing and recharging of Freon.

We carry out Air distribution balancing & Calibration of HVAC, Cold & Cool Room to ensure optimum performance of system.

We carry out Supply, Fabrication, Installation/ Fitment of Trunking/ Ducting ( Circular/ Spiral, Rectangular) which includes straight ducts, bends, offsets, Tees, Reducers, Collars, couplings, dampers, diffusers/ Punka louvers, grills, Air Filters etc

We Supply/Repair/ Refurbish Electrical Control Panels, Distribution Boxes, Motor rewinding, Cabling, Electrical fault finding etc

We supply, install, calibrate instruments such as Pressure Gauges, Temperature Gauges, Flow meters, Level meters, all types of Sensors, controllers, Indicators, Transducers, Scanners, Recordings instruments, PLC etc.
